LDSES: Fall Forum

The theme of this year’s event, “This Beautiful World: Preserving our Planet for Future Generations”, is derived from the Primary song “My Heavenly Father Loves Me” which says, “I’m so glad that I live in this beautiful world Heavenly Father created for me." Protecting the Earth for future generations is critical and as Elder Patrick Kearon recently said, “we will do better as we think of the future for our children and grandchildren. We will do what is best for us but also what will be best for them and their children.” We want to look forward with faith and build a sustainable future for our generation and those to come.

Events at the Fall Forum include:

  • art exhibit featuring earth stewardship-themed art from children and adults

  • address from Elder Larry Echo Hawk, emeritus General Authority of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

  • presentation of Steward of the Year award

  • light refreshments

Doors open at 5pm at UVU's Fulton Library on Saturday Nov. 2, 2024.

This event is free, but RSVPing is helpful to plan seating and refreshments. You can RSVP here: https://forms.gle/CqM5wezEPr3J3rro9
