The LDS Action Team (aka "The Carbon Relief Society") is comprised of members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and others who have an interest in the Church and/or have a member of Congress who is LDS. The Team seeks to raise awareness of climate change among members of the LDS Church and also raise awareness among LDS Church leaders of the desire of members to learn about climate change and earth stewardship from them. The Action Team holds monthly Zoom meetings with members to share its membership's ideas and actions and learn from experts in the field. These meetings are enjoyable and provide a safe and friendly place to network and meet others in a common cause of stewardship. All are welcome.
Perhaps one of the best available ways to learn about the current stance of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints regarding climate change is to review the documents posted in the section below.
